Finding a fast efficient and cheap way to travel from one place to the other has always been a big challenge for scientist. Through out the century the development never stopped. In the early 1900's many different doors were open for developments of transportation and their fuel. There were steam powered cars. Those loud, noisy, smelly and dirty cars were not exactly a big attraction. No wonder they disappeared fast. The door opposite of steam was the electric car witch was the quiet and nature friendly solution. The only question is how do we store such a big amount of energy in a relatively small battery? Then there was the wide open est door of them all: Diesel and gasoline. Researchers and scientists never stopped exploring new, stronger, healthier designs. Although today's engines are quite efficient and cheap, many people believe that there has to be a better way to travel. Better as in friendlier to mother nature. Lets take a look in the future!
